Me at Shalom Park in Cork. This area used to be known as Jewtown. Back in the early 20th centur, up to 350 Jewish families lived in Cork and pretty much disappeared within about 30 years.

Take a piece of cod. Cover it in salt until it dries. Wash all the salt off. Cook it in some tomato sauce. Serve. Bacalao con Tomate.
After tracking clams in a previous restaurant, the time had come to go the full hog and order paella. New additions to things that have gone into my mouth include mussels.
