I’m not a foodie though I like food. I don’t want to blog about food either but when a sushi restaurant opens in Carlow, I’m going to make an exception. Since finding out about this place, I’ve eaten there twice. If you live anywhere near Carlow, you must go and eat there regularly. Very regularly. In fact, go now. Apart from the sushi, the menu has all sorts of yummy Japanese dishes – Katsu curry, ramen, tempura and loads more. The sushi is great, by the way. Will Carlovians embrace raw fish and noodle soups? I really hope so. I think I’ve found my new favourite restaurant.
