Me reading some festive poetry at the 12 Days of Christmas Pop-Up shop. I haven’t really got the whole happy Christmas spirit thing going on as my first poem, Christmas Shopping, was about someone collapsing and dying and the second poem, which is probably going to be called, Secrets, is about being poor.
I wondered how many times this happened before the sign went up. I also wondered if I left something else in the urinals, would they make a new sign. I didn’t test that theory for the record.

Last night was the launch of New Planet Cabaret in the Gutter Bookshop and there was a live broadcast from RTE Arena there. I have a short piece in the book called “The Meal.”
